1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ok8job ("ok8job", "we", "us", "the Company") governing your access to and use of the ok8job website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account on ok8job, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or access the ok8job Platform. Your continued use of ok8job following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use ok8job. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. ok8job reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time, including a copy of your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other government-issued identification. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended until documentation is provided.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The ok8job Platform is made available to players accessing from jurisdictions where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using ok8job is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. ok8job makes no representations or warranties regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside of its licensed territory.

2.3 Registration Process

To register an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. ok8job reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being obliged to provide a reason.

2.4 Verification

ok8job operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before any withdrawal is processed, and at such other times as ok8job deems appropriate, you may be required to submit one or more of the following: a copy of your valid CNIC, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Rules

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on ok8job at any given time. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether in your own name or through any other means — is strictly prohibited. ok8job uses automated systems and manual review to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all related accounts will be suspended, all bonus funds will be voided, and net winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited pending investigation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ok8job username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ok8job strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. Any activity carried out using your login credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and ok8job will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your ok8job account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to the completion of all pending wagering requirements and compliance with these Terms. ok8job reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, terms violation, or regulatory requirements.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ok8job accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are credited in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. ok8job does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. ok8job is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made by players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that matches the one used for deposits, subject to available withdrawal channels. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Cashier section. ok8job aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes, subject to verification status:

• JazzCash & EasyPaisa: typically 5 to 30 minutes after approval
• HBL, UBL & Meezan Bank transfers: typically 2 to 4 hours during business hours
• Card withdrawals: 3 to 5 business days depending on issuing bank processing

ok8job reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend the timeframe stated above. Players will be notified if additional checks are required.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on ok8job are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to PKR deposits or withdrawals. Players depositing via international card methods may see their bank apply a conversion from PKR to their card's base currency; ok8job has no control over and accepts no responsibility for exchange rates or fees applied by issuing banks.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ok8job offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are stated on each promotion page. Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type: slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sportsbook wagers may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the specific promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ok8job maintains a strict policy against bonus abuse. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to complete wagering requirements; using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay patterns as determined by ok8job's risk team. Where bonus abuse is identified, ok8job reserves the right to void bonus funds, void winnings derived from bonus funds, and suspend the relevant account pending investigation.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance unless stated otherwise. Unused or unmet wagering requirement bonuses will automatically expire and be removed from your account balance at the end of the stated validity period. ok8job is under no obligation to remind players of approaching bonus expiry.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Rules

All games available on ok8job — including slots, live casino games, Pool Rummy, Super Keno, and all sportsbook markets — are subject to their own individual game rules in addition to these Terms. Game rules are accessible within the game interface or the relevant help section. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

6.2 Sportsbook & Cricket Betting

ok8job's sportsbook covers cricket, PSL, international T20 and Test matches, and a range of other sports. All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or amended unless the relevant event is cancelled or void under ok8job's settlement rules. PSL and international cricket markets are settled based on official match results as declared by the governing cricket body. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, ok8job's decision is final.

6.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a game or system malfunction during a session, ok8job reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable stake to the player's account. A malfunction voids all pays and plays. ok8job is not responsible for system failures caused by a player's device, internet connection, or third-party software.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on ok8job. These limits are displayed within each game and market. ok8job reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific player accounts at its sole discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are identified.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ok8job Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with ok8job
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use any automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening ok8job staff, customer support agents, or other players
• Opening multiple accounts or assisting another person to do so
• Chargeback abuse — initiating payment disputes with your bank or wallet provider after receiving gaming services
• Attempting to access accounts, systems, or data belonging to other players or to ok8job without authorisation

8 Responsible Gaming

ok8job is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. All responsible gaming tools are accessible from within your account settings and take effect immediately upon activation.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour waiting period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which your account will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive periodic on-screen alerts showing session duration and net wagering activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanent account closure. Self-exclusion is irrevocable during the active exclusion period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ok8job Platform — including but not limited to the ok8job brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ok8job or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ok8job Platform without express prior written consent from ok8job.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ok8job, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, however caused and under any theory of liability, even if ok8job has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ok8job's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ok8job account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ok8job does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect availability. ok8job will use reasonable endeavours to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

11 Privacy & Data

ok8job collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ok8job will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or under ok8job's licence obligations.

12 Amendments to These Terms

ok8job reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ok8job will provide reasonable advance notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered players via email or in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of the Terms document.

Your continued use of the ok8job Platform following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.3.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under ok8job's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through ok8job's internal complaints process.

Nothing in this clause shall limit ok8job's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect ok8job's intellectual property or to prevent ongoing harm to the Platform or its users.
